Getting your beautiful bathroom products from our warehouse to your doorstep can be a difficult task, and we know just how stressful it can be waiting for deliveries.
We have partnered with a range of leading courier options to give you a bespoke bathroom delivery service, keeping you as informed as possible every step of the delivery journey and providing excellent after care in the rare event things go wrong.
Delivery on most of our products is completely free to the mainland UK.
Please note this does not include the following post codes and locations for larger items (anything above tap size):
FK,KY,PA,PH,DD,AB,IV,ML,KW All of Northern Ireland and the Channel islands
Delivery to these locations is subject to additional surcharges, we make every effort to make the surcharges as reasonable as possible. Please contact us for more information regarding this.
Where Delivery is not free the cost is noted on the listing for the individual product however please bear in mind that these costs do not cover the above locations.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 48hrs from dispatch. Once you have placed the order you will receive a delivery email confirmation with your expected delivery date, if for any reason this is not suitable please do contact us.
Next day delivery is offered across the majority of our products however we cannot offer across all. Please note that the next day delivery charge will vary depending on the item, the option and price will be visible for you on the item page and at checkout.
*Please note deliveries will be made Monday – Friday, we do not currently offer weekend deliveries.
Ebay may show Saturday as a delivery date however as we do not currently offer weekend service the delivery will be made the next working day.
Most of our orders are sent via handed parcel couriers however on the occasion your order is over sized or higher weight (e.g. Tiles/ Baths) this will be sent via pallet and be a kerbside delivery. The pallet company will call you directly to arrange delivery.
We do ask all our customers to check their delivery with in 2 days and report any damages or missing items immediately so we can resolve this quickly for you.
Note: It is extremely important we have correct contact information for yourself, mobile numbers are the best for this.
Re-delivery charges: In situations where delivery has failed due to you not being present to take delivery of the goods a re-delivery charge may apply, this will depend on the size of the item, the courier used and the delivery postcode. This will be at the choice of both us as the seller and the courier depending on circumstances. Pallet deliveries are booked in with yourself and the courier company therefore a date will be agreed.

If you are wanting to return your item or having any issues regarding an item please do contact us before hand and we can advise you on the next step and the quickest way for your items to be returned.
For any return raised we will issue you with an RMA number along with a return slip that will need to be attached to your package, this will help identify your package when return and make the process quicker and easier and will prevent the package from being rejected.
In most return cases we will ask for a photograph of the packaged item, this will act as a record for the item condition.
For remorse (change of mind) returns the customer is responsible for the return of products, this must be completed within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Goods arriving to our warehouse in non-resalable condition or damaged will be rejected for return and you must raise the issue for damage compensation with your courier.
